Set tiles into the thin-set and press firmly against the spacers. The ±0.1mm precision tolerance ensures uniform grout lines across the entire installation. Check alignment with a straight edge every 2–3 rows.
Step 4: Remove Spacers Before Grouting
Remove spacers after thin-set has partially set (typically 2–4 hours) but before grouting. Use needle-nose pliers to grip and pull out. Alternatively, leave flush-mounted spacers in place and grout over them — they are designed to be non-visible.
